Pristine Fleetwood Heritage 640 ES caravan. This caravan is in an as new condition, we are the first owners. The seats have never been sat on without throws over them, no footwear has ever been worn whilst in the van and there have been no pets, smokers or children, all though there is plenty of room for the latter.
This is top of the range model from Fleetwood, very spacious and comfortable, it features a large wrap around seating arrangement in the lounge area which converts into a very comfortable king size bed, there is plenty of storage space both below the seating and above in the locker space which includes the ever important wine cabinet which is backlit at night.
The kitchen area features a full size cooker, microwave, full size fridge freezer and large stainless steel sink with recessed drainer and hinged glass cover, which compliments the work top area There is a large wardrobe also located in this central area of the van, with plenty of hanging space and flat storage. Again there is adequate cupboard and above locker space available.
This caravan features a separate fully fitted shower cubicle which has never been used, a wc (as new) and vanity unit. A unique feature being that this whole area can be as an en suite to the end bedroom or as a communal area for the whole caravan, (there is a door within a door feature).
The end bedroom is accessed through sliding doors and houses a large double bed with no corner cut off as is often the case, the bed lifts easily to access a large storage area for those more bulky items, (awning, sun loungers etc.). There are bedside cabinets and again more than enough overhead lockers and cupboards.
Throughout there is laminate flooring which has a fitted removable carpet, making for very easy cleaning and maintenance.
Standard fitments include; thermostatically and up to 5 event timer central heating, hot and cold running water, on board water tanks, status tv aerial with various connection points for both terrestrial and satellite connection, cd/radio, factory fitted alarm, extractor fan, large roof light, overhead lighting, reading lights and plenty of mains and battery plug sockets throughout. Included in the sale is a flat screen tv and dvd player.
The exterior of the caravan is equally in pristine condition, no dents, scratches, very shiny coachwork with sparkling scratch free windows. There is a gas bbq point, wet locker and forward storage locker.
Included in the sale is a full Isabella awning ( used twice ), complete with lightweight fibreglass poles, 12v battery, mains hook up lead, drinking and waste water carriers.
This van is ready to go, although we have it located near Thirsk in N. Yorks, the site is very convenient and offers a store and stay facility, a very competitive storage charge whilst the caravan is left there and you then only pay site fees for the nights that you are actually there, so no expensive yearly site fees, electricity or council tax.
