Specification includes:- Alloy wheels, spare wheel, hitchlock, two wheel clamps and a Winterhoff stabilizer . Two gas cylinders, 12 volt lighting, mains electricity hook-up and constant-flow water cylinder. Cassette toilet and wastemaster.
The interior is as new with blown- air gas or electric powered heating. Full oven with separate grill, 4 ring gas hob, fridge , sink, integrated shower and wc.
There are two separate seating/dining areas, 3 TV aerial points and CD radio system, four roof lights and a great deal of storage space. One of the two rear fixed bunk-beds is folding to allow for the storage of cycles.
All windows are fitted with blinds, fly screens and curtains.

The van is currently sited on the Lamb Howe Caravan Park, which is one of the few remaining sites in the lakes to allow seasonal tourer pitches. The site is situated 4 miles south of Windermere in the beautiful and tranquil Lyth Valley, in the Lake District National Park, with easy access to the Lakes, the South Lakes Coast and the Yorkshire Dales.
